Return Policy

Products purchased from Showtime Technologies returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manual and accessories. No items with defaced manual, boxes, missing discs, etc. will be accepted for return. No refunds without original receipt. No refunds on labor.

A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied to items not conforming to the above conditions.

There is a 30 day warranty on all Service and Labor.



Collection Policy

All invoices are due and payable within the specified number of days on the invoice from the date of the invoice. By accepting the products herein, and in the event this invoice is not timely paid, customer agrees to pay interest on any delinquent amount(s) at the rate of 1.5% per month. In the event of non-payment, customer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees. The parties agree that the dispute will be handled under NH law.

If any person fails to claim any hardware or other article delivered to Showtime for repair within 60 Days after such delivery, Showtime Technologies shall have the right to dispose of such hardware or other article by whatever means it may choose, without incurring liability or responsibility.


Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling cost will be added to all sale at time of Purchase.

If customer is local and would like to pick up purchased items please choose the

If and item need to be returned customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Processing Time for shipping is 1-2 Business Days

If an item needs to be returned. Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
